(The Effect of Case load Allocation Non-conformance to this Act)In a litigation trial, although the allocation of a judge's case load or the order of rotation may not be in conformance with the provisions as stipulated in this Act, the effect of the trial is still valid. The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to non-litigation cases.

法官審判訴訟案件，其事務分配及代理次序，雖有未合本法所定者，審判仍屬有效。
