This Act is in effect on the date of promulgation.The provisions amended on May 27, 2016, shall come into effect on January 1, 2017.The provisions amended on December 7, 2018, shall come into effect six months after promulgation.The provisions amended on November 23, 2021, shall come into effect on the date of promulgation, except for the addition of Article 7-1 to Article 7-11, which shall be effective on January 4, 2022.The provisions amended on May 31, 2022, except for Articles 17, 17-1, 18 and 37 shall come into effect on the date of promulgation, shall come into effect on a date to be prescribed by the Judicial Yuan.
