The Judicial Yuan shall set up the following departments to perform its functions and powers:1. Civil Department,2. Criminal Department,3. Department of Administrative Litigation and Discipline,4. Juvenile and Family Department,5. Department of Judicial Administration,6. Clerk Department of the Constitutional Court,7. Secretariat,8. Department of Information Technology,9. Public Relations Office,10. Public Information Department.
