Enforcement Rules for the Ionizing Radiation Protection Act Article 16

The deadlines for applying to the Competent Authority for renewal of permits in accordance with Paragraph 32.1 or 32.2 of the IRP Act are as follows:1. under the provisions of Paragraph 32.1, the application deadline for permit renewal is thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the effective period;2. under the provisions of Paragraph 32.2, the application deadline for permit renewal is six (6) to nine (9) months prior to the expiration of the effective period.
