Regulations for the Nuclear Fuels Operational Safety Management Article 13
To store nuclear fuel, the operator shall submit an application form stating the following matters to the competent authority for approval prior to storage:1. Category, quantity, properties and purpose.2. Storage place and method.3. Material control and accounting system.4. Other matters specified by the competent authority by public notice.Where the nuclear fuel is to be stored in an approved storage facility, it is not necessary to file an application in accordance with the provisions of the preceding Paragraph.

核子燃料之貯存，經營者應填具申請書，載明下列事項，報請主管機關許可後，始得為之：
一、種類、數量、性質及用途。
二、貯存場所及貯存方式。
三、料帳管理。
四、其他經主管機關公告之事項。
核子燃料貯存於核准之貯存設施者，得免依前項規定申請。
