Nuclear Damage Compensation Law Article 1
This Law is enacted according to Article 29 of the Atomic Energy Law.This Law shall apply to the compensation for nuclear damage resulting from the Peaceful uses of atomic energy. Where this Law does not provide, the provisions of other laws shall apply.

本法依原子能法第二十九條之規定制定之。
原子能和平用途所發生核子損害之賠償，依本法之規定；本法未規定者，依其他法律之規定。
