Enforcement Rules for the Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 4
Paragraph 4.1Pursuant to Paragraph 13.1 of the NER Act, licensees shall, when applying for initial loading of the nuclear fuel, or within six months after the NER Act comes into force, submit the EPZ that they have defined in accordance with the previous paragraph to the central Competent Authority for approval.Paragraph 4.2After the preceding EPZ is approved and publicly announced by the central Competent Authority, the licensee shall review and revise said EPZ every three years, and submit revisions to the central Competent Authority for approval prior to the stipulated deadline.Paragraph 4.3The review and revision prescribed in the preceding paragraph may be conducted anytime if required.

經營者應於申請初次裝填核子燃料時或本法施行之日起六個月內，將依前條規定劃定之緊急應變計畫區，依本法第十三條第一項規定報請中央主管機關核定公告之。
前項緊急應變計畫區自中央主管機關核定公告後，經營者應每三年重新檢討修正，並報請中央主管機關核定公告之。
前項之檢討修正，必要時，得隨時為之。
