Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 40

Necessary AssistanceViolation of the provision in Paragraph 2 of Article 17, Paragraph 2 of Article 18, or Paragraph 2 of Article 22 by the nuclear reactor facility licensee, namely, failure to provide necessary assistance, shall be punished with an administrative fine of not less than fifty thousand New Taiwan Dollars but not more than two hundred fifty thousand New Taiwan Dollars.
