Correction and ImprovementUpon completion of the preceding inspection and testing or deemed necessary, the central competent authority may require the designated agencies, the local competent authority, and the nuclear reactor facility licensee to correct or improve the emergency response and preparedness measures, and equipment as well, within a prescribed time period.

中央主管機關於為前條之檢查、測試後或認為必要時，得要求指定之機關、地方主管機關及核子反應器設施經營者，於限期內修正或改善緊急應變整備措施及設備。
