Nuclear Emergency Response Act Article 20
Inspection and TestingThe central competent authority may inspect and test, at any time, relevant measures regarding nuclear emergency response and preparedness according to the provisions of this Act as implemented by the designated agencies, the local competent authority and the nuclear reactor facility licensee. The organizations being inspected shall not evade, impede, or refuse.
