Fee-charging Standards for Regulatory Services Under the Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 6
The annual inspection fee for each unit of nuclear power reactor facility is NT$12,000,000.The inspection fee referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be charged by the calendar year from the effective date of the operating license to the date of expiration of the operating license. If it is less than one year, it shall be charged according to the fraction of actual days to a full year.

動力用核子反應器設施運轉檢查費，每年每機組新臺幣一千二百萬元。
前項收費，自核子反應器設施運轉執照生效之日起，至運轉執照期限屆滿之日止，按日曆年逐年收取；未滿一年者，依實際日數比例計算之。
