Fee-charging Standards for Regulatory Services Under the Nuclear Reactor Facilities Regulation Act Article 4
The review fees for each unit of nuclear power reactor facility submitting the rated thermal power uprate safety analysis report are as follows:1. Power uprate less than 2%: NT$2,500,000 for each unit.2. Power uprate greater than 2% but less than 7%: NT$5,300,000 for each unit.3. Power uprate greater than 7% but less than 20%: NT$10,800,000 for each unit.

動力用核子反應器設施提升機組額定熱功率之安全分析審查費，分別如下：
一、提升幅度於百分之二以下者，每機組新臺幣二百五十萬元。
二、提升幅度大於百分之二，於百分之七以下者，每機組新臺幣五百三十萬元。
三、提升幅度大於百分之七，於百分之二十以下者，每機組新臺幣一千零八十萬元。
