The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 5
For the purpose of promoting peaceful uses of atomic energy, the Atomic Energy Council may request an executive order of Executive Yuan urging relevant ministries or councils to establish atomic energy undertakings.Prior approval by the Atomic Energy Council is required for any private person to establish any research organ or business in atomic energy.
