The English Text of Atomic Energy Law of The Republic of China Article 4
For the purpose of promoting research and development of nuclear science and technology, exploiting nuclear energy resources and expanding nuclear applications to agriculture, industry and medicine, the Atomic Energy Council may establish research organizations.
