Regulations on Treatment and Storage of Radioactive Waste and Safety Management of the Facilities Article 9
The containers shall only be used after having been approved. The applicant shall submit a report including the following contents to the competent authority for review and approval prior to using the containers:1.Scope of application.2.Design standards, detailed engineering design and illustrations.3.Materials, composition, dimensions, manufacturing, and corrosion prevention of the containers.4.Test methods, standards, and results.5.Quality assurance.6.The technical feasibility assessment on the containers in each stage of the treatment, storage, transport and final disposal operations of radioactive waste.7.Other matters designated by the competent authority.

申請者使用盛裝容器，應提出載明下列事項之報告，報請主管機關核准後，始得使用：
一、適用範圍。
二、設計基準、詳細工程設計及圖說。
三、容器材質、組成、尺寸、製造及防蝕方式。
四、試驗方法、標準及結果。
五、品質保證。
六、容器於放射性廢棄物處理、貯存、運送及最終處置作業各階段之技術可行性評估。
七、其他經主管機關指定之事項。
