Regulations on Qualifications of Personnel Operating Radioactive Waste Treatment Facilities Article 12
Waste Treatment facility operating personnel who obtained the certificate prior to the effective date of the regulations may continue to operate the facilities indicated in the original certificate during the validity period of the certificate or two years after the effective date of the regulations.
