Administrative Regulations for Radioactive Material and Equipment Capable of Producing Ionizing Radiation and Associated Practice Article 8
Paragraph 8.1For export of radioactive material or equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation, applicants shall fill out an application form and make an application to the competent authority for review and approval, after which the permission will be granted.Paragraph 8.2For the applications of the export of radioactive material referred to in the preceding paragraph, documents relating to the transport details shall also be enclosed.
