Administrative Regulations for Radioactive Material and Equipment Capable of Producing Ionizing Radiation and Associated Practice Article 7

Paragraph 7.1For the transfer of radioactive material or equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation, assignors and assignees shall jointly fill out an application form and apply to the competent authority for review and approval, after which permission may be granted.Paragraph 7.2For the applications of transfer of radioactive material referred to in the preceding paragraph, documents relating to the transport details shall also be enclosed.Paragraph 7.3In cases where facility operators possess a permit duly issued by the competent authority or registration approved by the competent authority for the use of unsealed radioactive material, the enclosure of the documents referred to in the preceding paragraph may be waived when applying for the transfer of unsealed radioactive material.
