Administrative Regulations for Radioactive Material and Equipment Capable of Producing Ionizing Radiation and Associated Practice Article 42
Paragraph 42.1Applicants who apply for a permission for display of radioactive material or equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation shall meet one of the following criteria:1.applicants shall be a business representative recognized by the competent authority to engage in sales service of radioactive material or equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation;2.applicants shall possess the permission for manufacturing of equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation, issued according to the stipulations in Paragraph 30.1of this Act; or3.other applicants approved by the competent authority.Paragraph 42.2The period of display referred to in the preceding paragraph shall not exceed two months.

申請放射性物質或可發生游離輻射設備之展示許可者，應符合下列條件之一：

二、依本法第三十條第一項規定核發之可發生游離輻射設備製造許可者。
三、其他經主管機關核准者。
前項展示之期間不得超過二個月。
