Administrative Regulations for Radioactive Material and Equipment Capable of Producing Ionizing Radiation and Associated Practice Article 15
Paragraph 15.1Applicants who apply for a permit or a registration for the use of radioactive material or equipment capable of producing ionizing radiation shall possess one of the following qualifications:1.a government agency (institution);2.a senior high (or vocational) school and above, or academic research institute;3.a company or other juridical person;4.a medical institution, medical care radiological clinic or medical examination clinic established with the official approval of the public health competent authority;5.a veterinarian medical institution officially established in accordance with the Veterinarian Act; or6.other qualifications as approved by the competent authority.Paragraph 15.2In the case of an application for the use referred to in the preceding paragraph, the applicants shall meet the following criteria:1.having qualified operating personnel;2.possessing a workplace or storage area meeting radiation safety regulations; and3.other criteria as designated by the competent authority.

申請放射性物質或可發生游離輻射設備之使用許可證或登記備查者，應符合下列資格之一：

二、高中（職）以上學校或學術研究機構。
三、公司或其他法人。
四、衛生主管機關核准設立之醫療院所、醫事放射所或醫事檢驗所。
五、依獸醫師法核准設立之獸醫院所。
六、其他經主管機關核准者。
前項申請使用者，應符合下列條件：
一、具有合格操作人員。
二、具符合輻射安全規定之使用場所或存放場所。
三、其他經主管機關指定者。
一、政府機關（構）。
二、高中（職）以上學校或學術研究機構。
三、公司或其他法人。
四、衛生主管機關核准設立之醫療院所、醫事放射所或醫事檢驗所。
五、依獸醫師法核准設立之獸醫院所。
六、其他經主管機關核准者。
前項申請使用者，應符合下列條件：
一、具有合格操作人員。
二、具符合輻射安全規定之使用場所或存放場所。
三、其他經主管機關指定者。
