Enforcement Rules of the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 33
The institutional control plan worked out by the operator under Paragraph 2 of Article 23 of this Act for closure of the final disposal facilities of radioactive waste shall include the following contents:1.Organization of executor.2.Site security.3.Environmental radiation monitoring.4.Quality assurance program.5.Record and archive management.6.Other matters designated by the competent authority.

放射性廢棄物最終處置設施之封閉，其經營者依本法第二十三條第二項規定擬訂之監管計畫，應載明下列事項：
一、執行單位之組織。
二、場址保安作業。
三、環境輻射監測作業。
四、品質保證方案。
五、紀錄及檔案管理。
六、其他經主管機關指定之事項。
