Act on Sites for Establishment of Low Level Radioactive Waste Final Disposal Facility Article 5
The implementing authority shall organize a work group on the selection of the site of disposal facility (“site selection group” for short hereinafter) within 3 months after this Act takes effect, to carry out the work of disposal facility site selection in accordance with the provisions of this Act.The site selection group referred to in the preceding paragraph shall consist of 17 to 21 members assumed by representatives from relevant government agencies, experts and scholars, among which the experts and scholars must be no less than 3/5 of the total members. The bylaw, including the method of selection and tenure of members and the meeting and decision of the group, shall be formulated by the implementing authority, and submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval.

主辦機關應自本條例施行之日起三個月內，設處置設施場址選擇小組（以下簡稱選址小組），依本條例規定執行處置設施之選址工作。
前項選址小組成員人數十七人至二十一人，由相關機關代表、專家學者組成，其中專家學者人數不得少於五分之三；小組成員產生方式、任期及小組會議召開、決議方式等設置規定，由主辦機關擬訂，報請行政院核定。
