The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Drone Occurrence Article 6
In accordance with Article 14 of the Act, the TTSB has priority in taking custody of relevant data and objects. During the course of investigation, the TTSB may return relevant data and objects that are no longer required to the owner of the drone.After the Final Report is released, the TTSB shall promptly return relevant data and objects, such as drone wreckage, documents and manuals, to the owner of the drone.If the major aviation occurrence involves death, the TTSB shall not return any relevant data and objects to the owner of the drone until approval is granted by the public prosecutor’s office.

依本法第十四條規定，運安會得優先保管有關資料及物品。
於調查期間，得將已無調查需要之有關資料及物品返還遙控無人機所有人。
運安會於調查報告發布後，應儘速將遙控無人機、殘骸、文件及手冊等相關資料及物品返還遙控無人機所有人。
遙控無人機重大飛航事故如涉及人員死亡，運安會須獲檢察機關同意後，始得將相關資料及物品返還遙控無人機所有人。
