The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Railway Occurrence Article 11
During the course of the investigation, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, local governments, and any other private enterprises deemed appropriate and commissioned by the TTSB may, as requested by the investigation task force, take measures such as aerial surveillance or photography, and promptly report any information obtained to the TTSB.
