The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Marine Occurrence Article 6
The TTSB shall, based on the contents of the notification and the information gathered by the on-scene team, determine whether the reported event constitutes a major marine occurrence. Where necessary, the TTSB may form a review board to review the disputes arising out of the determination.
