The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 24
In accordance with Paragraph 3, Article 24 of the Act, all relevant domestic and foreign authorities (agencies), as well as any entities being under investigation, are entitled to file an application in writing within 15 days of receipt of the draft Final Report to present their comments on the report at a TTSB board meeting.
