The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 18
If any person participating in the investigation referred to in the preceding article fails to comply with any direction given by the Investigator-in-Charge or breaches any provision of the confidentiality agreement, the Investigator-in-Charge may suspend his or her participation in the investigation.
