The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 1
These Regulations are enacted pursuant to Article 38 of the Transportation Occurrences Investigation Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). and shall apply to the investigation of major aviation occurrences involving civil and public aircraft.
