Regulations for the Establishment and Supervision of Communications Foundations Article 13

The concurrent serving fees of the directors and supervisors of the government- endowed communications foundation are paid monthly. The establishment or change of the payment basis shall be approved by the board of directors and submitted to the Commission for approval.If the personnel mentioned in the preceding paragraph are subject to the Payment Table of Concurrent Serving Fees for Military, Government Employees, and Teachers, the upper limit of the payment shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the said table’s receipt restrictions.
