Enforcement Rules of the Radio and Television Act Article 6
A radio/television business shall execute its operating plan as approved.Should there be alterations in the approved operating plan, a radio/television business shall apply to the National Communications Commission (hereinafter referred to as NCC) for approval by submitting the following documents:1. Purpose and description of the alterations in the operating plan2. A table of comparison of the original and new operating plans and a description of the alterations3. Other documents specified by NCC

廣播、電視事業應依核定之營運計畫執行。
原核定之營運計畫有變更時，廣播、電視事業應提出下列文件，向國家通訊傳播委員會（以下簡稱本會）申請核准：
一、營運計畫變更目的及說明。
二、營運計畫變更對照表及其說明。
三、其他經本會指定之文件。
