Privately operated radio/television businesses shall be fined from NT$200,000 up to NT$2,000,000 and notified to make corrections by prescribed deadline in the event of one of the following. The fine may be imposed consecutively for failure to make corrections by the prescribed deadline:1. Violation of the minimum paid-in capital and total endowment assets prescribed by the regulatory agency as stated in Paragraph 2 of Article 5.2. Violation of Paragraph 1 through 3 of Article 5-1Radio/television businesses shall be fined from NT$200,000 up to NT$2,000,000 and notified to make corrections by a prescribed deadline for violation of Paragraph 6 or 7 of Article 5-1. The fine may be imposed consecutively for failure to make corrections by the prescribed deadline.

中文原文廣播電視法第44-2條

民營廣播、電視事業有下列情形之一者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正，屆期不改正者，得按次處罰：
一、違反主管機關依第五條第二項所定最低實收資本額及捐助財產總額。
二、違反第五條之一第一項至第三項規定。
廣播、電視事業違反第五條之一第六項、第七項規定，處新臺幣二十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正，屆期不改正者，得按次處罰。
