National Communications Commission Regulations for Subsidizing the Promotion of Innovation and Research of the Communications Industry Article 10

The assessment of subsidized projects will be used as a reference for the Commission to accept or reject subsidy applications in the future.The subsidized target shall implement the project according to the plan. In case of needing to amend the project content, the subsidized target shall submit a written notification to the Commission to specify the reasons and propose amendment methods or measures. Only with the approval of the Commission, the subsidized target shall then amend or terminate the project.
