Compliance Approval Regulations of Cable Radio and Television Terminal Equipment Article 5
All types of Terminal Equipment shall comply with testing items and standards specified in relevant technical specifications respectively. Where the testing items and standards are not available, the test shall be performed in accordance with the following order. There shall be no requirement to take the latter examination(s) if the former standards take place.1.National standards.2.Standards specified by the international standard organization.3.Standards specified by the regional standard organization.

各種終端設備應依其技術規範所定檢驗項目與標準辦理；尚未訂定檢驗項目與標準者，應依下列各款規定之順序檢驗之，於符合前順序之標準時，免依後順序之標準檢驗：

二、國際標準組織所定標準。
三、區域標準組織所定標準。
