System operators violating Paragraph 5 of Article 20 shall be fined an amount of NT$ 200,000 up to NT$4,000,000 and be commended to make corrections by a prescribed deadline. If no correction is made by the deadline, the fine may be imposed consecutively or the operation permit will be abolished and license will be revoked.System operators violating Paragraph 8 of Article 20 shall be fined an amount from NT$200,000 up t NT$o 4,000,000 and be commanded to make corrections by a prescribed deadline. If no correction is made by the deadline, the fine may be imposed consecutively or the approval of the changes of the operations plan shall be abolished.
