Regulations for the Establishment of Public Television Enterprises Article 12
The following documents shall be submitted when applying for a television station operating license:1. Application form.2. Photocopy of television operating license.3. Other documents designated by the regulatory agency or documents that are related to the issuance of television operating license.Where the applicant is an established legal person and its establishment objectives are irrelevant to the operations of television broadcasting business, the applicant shall be required to apply for amendments to its establishment objectives and business plan prior to submitting the application of station operating license

申請核發電視執照時，應檢具下列文件：
一、申請書。
二、電臺執照影本。
三、其他經主管機關指定與核發電視執照有關之文件。
申請人為已設立之財團法人，其設立目的與經營電視事業無關者，應於申請電視執照前，辦理財團法人設立目的及捐助章程之變更。
