Administrative Regulations for Academic Experimental Radio Stations Article 9

The Establishment Permit and License shall not be lent, leased or transferred to any other third party.While the location or equipment of the Station is changed, the applicant shall re-apply to the competent authority for an Establishment Permit in accordance with Article 6. The Station shall be issued a License only after passing the inspection in accordance with Article 8. The License is valid for three years.
