Application set up a station shall be in accordance with the provisions of the competent authority for assignment of frequencies.In accordance with the first paragraph or the second paragraph of the preceding article apply for set up a station shall be reported to the school on behalf of all the competent educational administrative authorities before it may apply for approval.
