If the Station is established in accordance with Subparagraph 1 or 3 of Article 4, the transmitting power shall not exceed five hundred watts.If the Station is established in accordance with Subparagraph 2 or 4 of Article 4, the transmitting power shall not exceed fifty watts.The aforementioned transmitting power may be adjusted by the competent authority when it deems necessary.
