Administrative Regulations for the Establishment and Operation of a Telecommunications Network for the Academic and Education Purposes or Dedicated Experiments and Research and Development Purposes Article 43
A radio station license and the license for the establishment and operation of network for academic and educational telecommunications network, or technical and commercial experiments and research and development telecommunications network shall not be transferred, leased or lent to the third party.The holder of a license in the preceding paragraph that is lost or damaged shall apply to the competent authority with reasons for reissue; when the recorded items are changed, they shall apply to renew.The term of validity for licenses that are reissued or renewed pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall be the equal to that of the previous ones.

學術、教育電信網路或技術、商業實驗研發電信網路之電臺執照及設置使用執照，不得轉讓、出租或出借予第三人。
前項執照如有遺失、毀損者，應敘明理由向主管機關申請補發；其應記載事項有變更時，應申請換發。
依前項規定補發、換發之執照，其有效期間與原執照相同。
