Administrative Regulations for the Establishment and Operation of a Telecommunications Network for the Academic and Education Purposes or Dedicated Experiments and Research and Development Purposes Article 41
The maximum validity period for the license of a commercial experiments and research and development telecommunications network shall be six months.The provisions of Paragraphs 2 to 5, Article 40 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the renewal of the license specified in the preceding paragraph, and the renewal shall be limited to once only.
