The station relocating or changing frequency, electric power, or transmitters should apply for a establishment permit from the authority and can only be put to use after qualifying the inspection and obtaining a station license.When applying for the establishment permit mentioned above should submit document stated in Paragraph 1 of Article 6 and follow the process stated in. As to simple replacement of worn out facilities or change of frequency and electric power, documents mention in No.4 and 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 can be exempted.Application for examination as mentioned in Paragraph 1 should submit documents stated in Paragraph 5, Article 9. As to simple replacement of facilities or change of frequency and electric power, documents mention in No.3 and No.4 of Paragraph 5 of Article 9 can be exempted.
