Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Use of Wireless Broadcasting Station for School Training Article 10
Station License is valid for three years. When expires, applicants may self-test and submit a self-tested record of transmitter together with application to the authority for a new license issued by the authority 30 days before the expiry date.Station License should specify the following information:1. Name of Station2. Name of School3. Person in Charge of the School4. Person in Charge of the Station5. Engineering Supervisor6. Approved Electric Power7. Frequency of Station8. Bandwidth of Station9. Station Call Sign10. Location of installation11. Brand name, model, serial number of main and sub transmitter, electric power and quantity of power amplifiers.12. Location of StudioStation transmitter should have license for each separate facility but main and sub transmitters can be recorded on one license.

電臺執照有效期間為三年，期滿後電臺仍需繼續使用者，應於期間屆滿三十日前自行檢驗機件，並填具發射機自行檢驗紀錄表，報請主管機關核准後換發之。
電臺執照應記載下列事項：
一、電臺名稱。
二、所屬學校名稱。
三、所屬學校負責人。
四、電臺負責人。
五、工程主管。
六、核定電功率。
七、電臺頻率。
八、電臺頻寬。
九、電臺呼號。
十、設置處所。
十一、發射機主機、備機之廠牌型號、機件號碼及電功率，功率放大器數量。
十二、播音室地點。
電臺發射機應一機一照。
但主、備機得併載於一張電臺執照上。
電臺執照應記載下列事項：
一、電臺名稱。
二、所屬學校名稱。
三、所屬學校負責人。
四、電臺負責人。
五、工程主管。
六、核定電功率。
七、電臺頻率。
八、電臺頻寬。
九、電臺呼號。
十、設置處所。
十一、發射機主機、備機之廠牌型號、機件號碼及電功率，功率放大器數量。
