Those who apply to operate the satellite communications operation are required to apply for the concession, review, certification, validation and licensing processes, and to remit the concession fee, review fee, certification fee, validation fee, and licensing fee to competent government authorities as per the billing criteria specified by competent government authorities.By the frequencies used for the operations run, the operator is required to remit the wireless frequency utilization fee to competent government authorities as per the billing criteria specified by competent government authorities.
中文原文 衛星通信業務管理規則第56條
申請經營衛星通信業務者，應按申請特許、審查、認證、審驗及證照等作業，依主管機關所定收費標準向主管機關繳交特許費、審查費、認證費、審驗費及證照費。
經營者應按經營業務使用之頻率，依主管機關所訂收費標準向主管機關繳交無線電頻率使用費。
