Administrative Rules on Radio and Television Broadcasters’ establishment of Earth Stations Article 26
Applicants for approval to use a transponder or to establish an earth station shall pay an investigation fee, inspection fee, licensing fee and usage fee for radio frequencies. The standard for the above fees shall be set by the competent authority.
