Administrative Rules on Radio and Television Broadcasters’ establishment of Earth Stations Article 25
The technical standards, equipment specifications and principles of interference management of these Rules shall be based on the “Administrative Regulations on Radio Waves,” international telecommunications pacts, international radio regulations and other relevant telecommunications regulations.
