Telecommunications Management Act Article 69

Those who apply to use telecommunications numbers as described in Paragraph 3 of the preceding article shall submit an application, use plan and relevant documents to the competent authority for the allocation thereof.The classification and numbering of telecommunications numbers; applicants’ qualification and conditions; procedures; documents; matters to be described in the plan; use management and restrictions; adjustments; retrieval; and other related matters shall be promulgated by the competent authority.The competent authority may charge a telecommunications number use fee to users thereof. The charging standards thereof shall be promulgated by the competent authority.
