Telecommunications Management Act Article 29
The competent authority may order enterprises with significance in the specific telecommunications service market to disclose necessary information, conditions, procedures and expenses in terms of interconnection, network access components or use of telecommunications infrastructure.The types, arrangement and disclosure methods of the necessary information as described in the preceding paragraph shall be promulgated by the competent authority.

主管機關得命特定電信服務市場之市場顯著地位者，公開互連、接取網路元件或利用相關電信基礎設施所需之必要資訊、條件、程序及費用。
