Regulations Governing Compliance Approval for Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices Article 28
The competent authority may recognize the testing or certification bodies of a country, organization or economic entity according to the bilateral or multilateral mutual recognition agreement for telecommunications equipment reached between Republic of China and the said country, regional or international organization, and recognize the validity of the test report or approval certificate issued for a CTRFD or non-plug-and-play radio-frequency module（component）.

主管機關得依我國與他國、區域組織或國際組織所簽定雙邊或多邊電信設備相互承認協定或協約規定，認可該國、該組織或其經濟體之測試機構或驗證機構，並承認其所簽發之電信管制射頻器材或非隨插即用射頻模組（組件）檢驗報告或審驗證明之效力。
