Regulations Governing Testing Bodies and Regulatory Certification Bodies for Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Article 17
Those who have been performing TTE certification works before these Regulations are effective may continue to perform the certification works after these Regulations are effective until the delegation contract expires; those who wish to continue the certification works after the expiration shall submit an application to the competent authority according to Paragraph 2, Article 7.

本法施行前受託辦理電信終端設備之審驗工作者，於本法施行後得依本法繼續辦理審驗工作至委託審驗契約期間屆滿；期間屆滿後如欲繼續辦理審驗工作者，應依第七條第二項規定向主管機關申請。
