Telecommunications Act Article 27
A Type I telecommunications enterprise shall establish its business rules in connection with the terms for provision of services and submit the same to the MOTC through the DGT for approval prior to announcement and implementation. The same shall apply for amendments to the rules.A Type II telecommunications enterprise shall establish its business rules in connection with the terms for provision of services and submit the same to the DGT for record prior to implementation. The same shall apply for amendments to the regulations.

第一類電信事業，應就其服務有關之條件，訂定營業規章，報請電信總局轉請交通部核准後公告實施；變更時亦同。
第二類電信事業應就其服務有關之條件，訂定營業規章，於實施前報請電信總局備查；變更時亦同。
